Qualifications:
Active Minnesota SLP license (required upon submission). Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Previous experience with early childhood (ages 3-5) populations, particularly in educational settings. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to adapt to new environments and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Resume must accompany license at presentation.
Responsibilities:
Deliver speech and language therapy services to ECSE (Early Childhood Special Education) children ages 3-5. Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Work collaboratively with teachers, aides, and parents to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state guidelines. Engage in regular communication with families and staff.
