Key Qualifications and Experience:

Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Valid SLP license eligible for work in Minnesota Experience providing assessment, therapy, and support within pediatric, school-based, or charter school settings Strong collaboration skills and ability to consult with teachers, families, and administrators Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech-language interventions to K-8 students within a charter school environment, approximately three days per week during school hours Conduct screenings, assessments, and comprehensive evaluations Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with the multidisciplinary team Maintain thorough and organized documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing collaboration with educators and families Provide resources, training, and consultation for staff and families to optimize student outcomes
