Job Description

A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide therapeutic services to middle school students. The role involves delivering speech-language support either onsite or through teletherapy, with onsite presence preferred but virtual options considered.

Workload:
0.8 Full-Time Equivalent (approximately 30 hours per week)
Student Population:
Middle school level
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy sessions tailored to individual student needs. Utilize telespeech and teletherapy platforms effectively for remote service delivery when applicable. Collaborate with educators and related service providers to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district policies and state regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathology license (not pending). Experience working with school-aged children, preferably middle school students. Ability to work onsite or remotely based on district preferences. Compliance with Minnesotas 1.0 Full-Time Equivalent law, ensuring total work hours do not exceed 40 per week. Submission of current MN SLP license and resume is required for consideration.
