Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Hold or eligible for state SLP licensure Either the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in the process of completing a Clinical Fellowship (CFY) Experience or strong interest in pediatric speech therapy within educational settings Exceptional communication, team-building, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students unique needs Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure comprehensive support Maintain meticulous documentation and progress reports in line with school and state requirements Deliver engaging therapy sessions targeting a broad spectrum of speech, language, and communication disorders
