Category Therapy - Skilled - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a contract opportunity supporting young learners at a crucial stage in their development. This position offers a meaningful blend of early intervention and preschool-aged therapy services, serving children from birth to five years old. Your expertise will make a genuine difference, with responsibilities divided between home-based visits and time spent working with preschoolers to foster communication and language growth. Your skill set in speech-language pathology is essential for delivering top-notch therapy both in person and via teletherapy platforms. Qualifications and Experience Sought:
Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Minnesota Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Demonstrated experience with early childhood (birth-5 years) populations Proficiency delivering services through teletherapy and in-person models Strong communication, consultation, and documentation skills Flexible, organized, and able to travel locally for home visitsKey Responsibilities:
Assess communication needs of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions through both teletherapy and face-to-face sessions Complete home visits within the local area to connect with families and infants Document progress and maintain accurate records in line with regulations Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to support carryover If you thrive in dynamic environments and want to positively impact children's lives during their formative years, this contract role could be a great fit.
