This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, serving the needs of students at one welcoming school near Princeton, MN. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations, actively participating in IEP meetings, and delivering impactful speech and language services to students in both small group and individual formats. Your expertise will play a vital role in helping students build confidence, overcome challenges, and reach communication milestones.

Active MN Speech-Language Pathology License (or eligibility to obtain) CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status welcomed Strong foundation in pediatric and school-based SLP services Experience with IEP development, implementation, and meetings Enthusiasm for supporting elementary school-aged children Excellent collaboration and communication skills within multidisciplinary teams Compassion, adaptability, and a student-centered approach to therapy Key responsibilities: Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for elementary students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Deliver targeted speech and language interventions in small groups and one-on-one Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to optimize student outcomes Track progress and maintain detailed, compliant documentation Ensure services adhere to best practices and regulatory standards Working in this supportive environment, youll share your expertise, grow in your profession, and truly make a difference in childrens lives.
