Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (required) Current Minnesota SLP license and ASHA CCC or CF status Experience with pediatric and/or early childhood populations Familiarity working with K12 students, with caseloads ranging from moderate to profound needs Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities Adaptability to varying school environments and willingness to support a diverse student body

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in children from kindergarten through 12th grade Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based therapy strategies Collaborate with teaching faculty, special education teams, and family members Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings Participate in ongoing professional development and school initiatives Cultivate an inclusive and supportive therapeutic environment
