Key Qualifications:
Active Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist license (required) CCC-SLP certification strongly preferred (district dependent) Prior experience in school-based speech therapy is highly valued Demonstrated experience managing IEP compliance, documentation, and therapy schedules Ability to efficiently handle direct services and perform evaluationsResponsibilities:
Deliver speech-only services to an estimated caseload of 25 students Provide coverage as a long-term substitute across two assignment windows Conduct evaluations, participate in IEPs, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance Adapt quickly to existing caseloads with minimal training requiredBenefits:
