9583547-64029 Job Description Enhance your Speech-Language Pathology career through an onsite contract opportunity at a thriving high school setting, supporting student success and communication growth for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time role invites you to contribute to a dynamic team environment located near Grain Valley, MO, working with a diverse student caseload at a reputable high school.
Key Qualifications:
Current and valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license, with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Prior experience in a school-based setting is highly preferred Demonstrable skills in assessment, therapeutic intervention, and IEP documentation Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with students, staff, and families Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt to different learning styles and needs
Role Responsibilities:
Provide direct, onsite speech-language therapy services to high school students Evaluate, assess, and document students speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in close coordination with teachers and support staff Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school, local, and state policies This contract position runs for the full 2026-2027 school year, with hours from 9:00am to 4:40pm Monday through Friday, allowing for a predictable schedule and work-life balance.
