Desired Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Missouri Recent experience working in school settings preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop rapport with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in students Create and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports Participate in school meetings and contribute to student support teams
