This impactful contract position runs up to November 11, 2026, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Active Speech-Language Pathology licensure for North Carolina (NC SLP License) Demonstrated experience providing speech and language services in school settings Knowledge of IEP processes and compliance preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct assessment, therapy, and intervention to students with speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and maintain thorough documentation Participate in IEP meetings, student progress reviews, and team consultations Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to optimize student outcomes Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as school policies Contribute to a positive, supportive school environment Enjoy a consistent Monday-Friday schedule of 30 weekly hours, giving you the structure and flexibility that school-based roles offer.
