Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Current state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology, or ability to obtain Strong interest and/or experience in pediatric speech and language disorders Excellent communication and teamwork skills; organizational skills for managing caseloads and documentation
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide direct therapeutic services to students in both individual and group settings Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as necessary Maintain thorough and compliant documentation for student records Offer support and guidance to families to encourage continued progress at home This position offers a compelling package, including health and dental insurance, a company-matched 401(k) retirement plan, and competitive weekly pay.
