What You'll Bring:

Valid SLP licensure in New Jersey (CCC required) Proven experience in school-based speech-language pathology Comfort navigating diverse school environments and servicing varied caseloads Ability to independently conduct comprehensive testing, evaluations, and assessments Access to personal testing materials for student evaluations Reliability and proximity for consistent, district-wide travel Completion of onboarding requirements, including TB test, physical exam, and fingerprinting (agency and district) Willingness to participate in a brief 15-minute interview Reliable transportation for various school sites

Your Role Includes:

Providing skilled speech-language pathology services to meet student needs across a variety of schools Assessing, planning, and delivering interventions for students with speech and language disorders Completing individual student evaluations and ongoing progress monitoring Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support student success Keeping detailed, accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
