Key Qualifications:

Active New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist license and DOE certification Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads, particularly preschoolers Strong understanding of IEP procedures and documentation Confident using school-based IEP systems for progress tracking and goal setting Proven ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based therapy to a dedicated preschool caseload, addressing a variety of speech and language needs Perform assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans in compliance with IEP mandates Maintain thorough and timely documentation using the districts IEP system Consult and communicate regularly with educators, families, and support staff to optimize student outcomes Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student progress and recommendations
