Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current or eligible New Mexico SLP licensure Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply Strong clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and therapy planning for school-aged children Effective communication and documentation abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and group speech and language therapy to students with varied needs Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments Participate in the development and implementation of IEPs in collaboration with educators and families Maintain thorough and timely documentation to support student progress and compliance Provide support and training to teachers and families on language interventions and strategies Engage actively in school-based meetings, in-services, and professional development
