School-Based SLP | Los Lunas, New Mexico

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with expertise in school and healthcare settings, holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). This role is onsite at a K-12 school in Los Lunas, NM, with assignments starting ASAP, including Extended School Year (ESY) and New School Year (NSY) opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy services to students across K-12 grades. Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress. Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare professionals to support student communication development. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

Valid SLP licensure suitable for school and healthcare settings. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required. Experience working with school-aged children (K-12). Ability to work effectively onsite within a school environment. Flexibility to provide services during ESY and NSY periods.
