Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Valid state SLP licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure Prior experience working in school settings preferred, particularly with students with developmental disabilities or autism Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to work as part of a multidisciplinary team Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and provide direct speech-language therapy services to students with a range of developmental disabilities and autism Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals, tailored to student needs Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to optimize student outcomes Maintain thorough, accurate documentation of progress and interventions Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise and recommendations for communication needs Deliver both individual and group therapy, prioritizing evidence-based practices This position provides the opportunity to work full-time in an environment dedicated to making a difference, surrounded by professionals who value passion and innovation.
