Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP license for the state of New York Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Experience working with K-12 populations is preferred Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families Ability to adapt therapy approaches to diverse student needs

Core Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, or communication challenges Deliver direct and consultative therapy services across a varied K-12 caseload Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and legal standards Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on speech-language goals and progress Foster a supportive, inclusive environment that helps students reach their communication goals
