Desired Skills and Experience:

Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Experience working with K-4th grade children preferred Strong assessment, therapy planning, and documentation skills Familiarity with virtual documentation platforms and reporting systems Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with families and educational teams Professional, compassionate communicator who builds rapport with both children and caregivers Reliable transportation for in-home travel; mileage is payable

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct individualized speech and language therapy sessions for students in their homes Complete 7 sessions weekly, tailoring plans to unique developmental and educational needs Develop and implement engaging therapy strategies based on IEP goals Maintain accurate session notes and progress reports Collaborate with parents and school staff to support continued progress
