Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Active state licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome Previous experience or strong interest in working with diverse K-12 populations Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Ability to adapt and individualize interventions based on student needs

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families Provide direct and consultative therapy services to assigned caseload Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention as needed Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding communication development
