Qualifications & Experience Sought:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure or eligibility for Ohio SLP certification Previous experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings, including early childhood and elementary school populations Strong commitment to serving students with varied needs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver targeted therapy for students with speech, language, and communication challenges Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to enhance student progress and generalization of skills Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and legal requirements Participate in IEP meetings and professional learning activities to ensure best practices Provide therapy and support for a diverse range of student needs, with flexibility based on caseload assignment This role provides the flexibility to shape your caseload and professional experience, supported by a collaborative team.
