Key Qualifications:

Valid Ohio SLP license is required Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or ability to obtain Previous school-based experience, especially with junior high students, preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders within the school setting

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging speech and language therapy to junior high students Conduct assessments and contribute to development and implementation of IEPs Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and state regulations Participate in meetings and contribute recommendations based on assessment outcomes Provide consultation and resources to staff and families as needed
