As a Speech Therapist, you will provide high-quality therapy services to patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, helping them improve their communication and swallowing abilities. This position offers competitive compensation of $60.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Responsibilities Evaluate and assess patients' speech, language, and swallowing capabilities. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide therapy to patients using evidence-based techniques and interventions. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers. Requirements Licensed Speech Therapist in the state of Ohio. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field. Strong clinical skills and experience in evaluating and treating speech and swallowing disorders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
