Speech Therapist

Job Description

Life Christian Academy is seeking a caring, qualified Speech Therapist to provide school-based speech and language services for approximately 10 students. Our goal is to help students develop the communication skills they need to succeed in the classroom, build meaningful relationships, and confidently express themselves—while supporting the Christian mission and values of LCA. What You'll Do Provide speech and language services to students based on identified educational needs. Address areas such as articulation, expressive and receptive language, fluency, voice, social communication, and communication skills. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and other support professionals. Provide classroom strategies and practical recommendations that support student communication. Monitor student progress and communicate recommendations with families and staff. Maintain appropriate documentation and student service records. Support teachers in understanding and meeting individual student communication needs. Ideal Candidate Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the State of Oklahoma. Experience working with children in a school or pediatric setting preferred. Passionate about helping students reach their God-given potential. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Supportive of the mission and values of a Christian school. Compassionate, dependable, and student-centered. Position Part-Time | Approximately 5-10 Students Schedule and hours can be structured around student needs and therapist availability. Why LCA?
