Key Qualifications and Experience:

Current Speech Language Pathology license (CCC required) Prior experience in school-based settings preferred Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Proven ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children Strong understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs) Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for PreK8th grade students Develop, implement, and monitor personalized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate students' progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports Provide direct and consultative services, adapting techniques to individual needs
