Job Description

Make a meaningful impact supporting students communication skills in a vibrant pediatric setting! This contract opportunity is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists passionate about working with children and helping them reach their full potential in an engaging school environment near Tulsa, OK.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP Experience working in pediatric or school-based settings preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively with teachers, staff, and families Ability to tailor therapy plans to meet diverse student needs Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere
Primary Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students of varying ages Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable goals based on student abilities Collaborate with general and special education teachers, counselors, and administrators Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in accordance with school and district policies Involve families and caregivers in the therapy process to support students progress both at school and at home Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise to support students academic and developmental journeys
