Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure and ASHA CCCs (or eligibility) Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred Ability to evaluate, diagnose, and create therapy plans for a diverse student population Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills Strong collaborative skills to work with staff, parents, and administrators
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, or communication difficulties Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy—both individually and in small groups Maintain detailed records of student progress and report outcomes to educational teams and families Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and other professionals to support student goals Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and recommendations for services Stay updated with best practices and engage in ongoing professional development
