Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Pediatric Therapy / Speech Language Pathologist Assistant Part-Time / Full-time position

Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric speech and language services in our Tulsa clinic. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships with families while providing evidence-based, play-based therapy. This is a part-time or full-time, in-clinic position with a significant opportunity to expand into a full-time role as our practice continues to grow.
What You'll Do:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for pediatric clients. Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's strengths and needs. Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy for children with speech, language, articulation, phonological, fluency, voice, social communication, and early language disorders. Collaborate closely with families to provide education, coaching, and home strategies that promote carryover. Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as children achieve their goals. Maintain timely documentation, evaluation reports, daily notes, and progress reports. Collaborate with physicians, educators, and other professionals when appropriate. Contribute to a positive, supportive clinic culture where teamwork and learning are encouraged.
What We're Looking For:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Bachelors Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Oklahoma Speech-Language Pathology License (or eligible to obtain) SLPAs are encouraged to apply Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Passion for working with pediatric populations Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a small team Early Intervention experience is a plus Bilingual (Spanish/English) is highly valued but not required Why Join Monarch?
