Are you a licensed rehabilitation therapist who loves baking, people, and making a real difference? Sarah Bellum's Bakery & Workshop — a vibrant non-profit in Multnomah Village, Portland — is hiring Therapeutic Team Leaders (Speech Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists especially encouraged!). You'll lead small, enthusiastic teams of adults rebuilding their lives after brain injury. Guide them through baking cupcakes, scooping cookies, running the café, and mastering front-of-house magic — all while delivering functional therapy in a real-world bakery setting. Think hands-on coaching, clear cues, positive feedback, error prevention, and celebrating every win (big and small).Why you'll love it: Make delicious treats and meaningful progress every shift.
