Qualifications and Experience:

Active Pennsylvania SLP license required Prior experience in a school setting is highly valued Confidence in conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans Comfortable working with K-12 populations and adapting strategies for various age groups Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families Commitment to professional standards and student-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language assessments for students across K-12 Develop, implement, and track progress on individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students, in both individual and group settings Document student progress in compliance with school and state guidelines Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to foster student success Offer strategies for classroom teachers to support student communication goals Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary team approach This part-time role allows for a flexible work-life balance while making a significant impact.
