Qualifications and Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active state SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Prior experience providing SLP services in school settings strongly preferred Experience or interest in delivering teletherapy via digital platforms Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Comfortable managing multiple student caseloads remotely Reliable internet connection and proficiency with virtual communication tools
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments virtually for K-12 students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans according to student needs and IEP goals Deliver engaging therapy sessions while maintaining thorough documentation of student progress Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to maximize student success Participate in virtual IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support school teams Provide consistent progress reports and recommendations as required
