This position offers a hybrid schedule totaling 37.5 hours per week, allowing for a blend of on-site and remote responsibilities. Qualifications:

Current Maryland Speech-Language Pathology license (required) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY) Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Commitment to fostering student growth and progress

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for students aged PreK-12 Develop and implement effective IEP-driven therapy plans Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student needs Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, evaluations, and progress reports Participate in ongoing team meetings, IEP conferences, and professional development Support students in both in-person and teletherapy environments as part of the hybrid model
