Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Arizona ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but not required Previous school-based experience is a plus Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities Comfortable working with diverse caseloads and service delivery models (on-site, hybrid, remote) Adaptability and openness to new learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language assessments, therapy, and interventions for K12 students Collaborate with teachers, families, and education teams to develop and implement IEPs Maintain accurate documentation and progress records Foster an inclusive, supportive atmosphere where all students can thrive Engage in ongoing professional development as desired
