Key Qualifications:

Current SLP licensure (CCC required) Previous experience or strong interest in the school setting Commitment to the workload model approach in service delivery Ability to work with diverse student populations across multiple sites Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Experience supervising or interest in supervising an SLPA is a plus

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality speech and language services for students in a variety of school environments Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and work collaboratively with educational teams and families Manage a dynamic clinical schedule across the assigned sites Supervise and mentor an SLPA if assigned Incorporate a workload-based approach, ensuring effective and equitable service
