Desired Qualifications:

Master's or Doctoral degree (Au.

D. or Ph.D.) in Audiology required Active Texas Audiologist Licensure Experience in pediatric or school-based audiology, especially 1:1 support Strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborating effectively with students, staff, and families Ability to plan, implement, and monitor individualized audiological interventions Adaptable and comfortable working with diverse student populations in a school environment

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and screenings for individual students Implement and monitor treatment plans tailored to students unique audiological needs Consult with educators and parents to support student learning and access Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory requirements Provide ongoing training and support to school personnel regarding hearing loss technology and accommodations Participate in individualized education program (IEP) meetings to share recommendations
