Desired Qualifications:

Current BCBA certification in the state of Rhode Island Experience in educational settings preferred Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills Deep knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Comfortable working with diverse student populations across K-12 Compassionate, adaptable, and committed to fostering student success

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to implement effective strategies Provide ongoing training and support to staff on ABA principles and best practices Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized goal setting Offer direct and consultative services according to students needs throughout the school week
