A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Soliant is partnering with a welcoming school district near Newberry, South Carolina to bring on a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year. Position Overview Full-time and part-time opportunities available Onsite role within a collaborative school setting

Caseload:

K-12 students with a variety of communication needs Work closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams What You'll Do Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs) Provide direct therapy services and track student progress Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student success in the classroom Maintain documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning Compensation & Benefits Weekly pay you can count on ($40-50 / hr) Guaranteed hours for stability and consistency Compensation for both direct and indirect services Comprehensive benefits package: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company matching Professional liability insurance Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Active South Carolina SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) School-based experience is a plus—but not required If you're looking for a role where you can grow professionally while making a meaningful difference in students' lives, we'd love to connect with you.
