This rewarding contract opportunity is available near Cypress, TX and offers the freedom to tailor your schedule, working three days per week, with flexibility in selecting which days suit you best. Candidates will also have their choice of working with either elementary or secondary students, allowing you to play to your strengths and interests while supporting student success.

Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders Valid SLP licensure in Texas Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility required Experience in a pediatric, school-based, or healthcare environment strongly preferred Ability to work on-site, providing direct services to students Strong communication and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to students according to IEPs Conduct assessments, develop goals, and maintain progress documentation Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Offer tailored interventions to support student communication, language, and learning Engage in team meetings and provide training or recommendations as appropriate Foster an inclusive, positive environment for students social and academic growth
