Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current license to practice as an SLP in the state or eligibility for licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply Previous experience working within a school or pediatric setting is a plus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to adapt to a collaborative, fast-paced educational environment

Responsibilities and Duties:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders in students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting students' unique needs Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in small groups Maintain thorough and timely documentation of assessments, progress reports, and required paperwork Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' IEP goals Participate in meetings and provide training or consultation to staff as needed Advocate for students and empower them to reach their fullest communicative potential
