Job Description

Company Description Therapy & Beyond is one of the largest BCBA-owned ABA organizations, founded and led by Dr. Regina Crone, BCBA-D. Through a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach to care, we partner with experts in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech-Language Pathology, and Occupational Therapy. Job Description Within this role, our Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) will work in a clinic-based environment, providing exceptional speech-language services to pediatric and adolescent patients! This role is on-site at our McKinney clinic!

Compensation:

By session compensation + uncapped biweekly bonus potential.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assessments/evaluations Development of individualized treatment plans for pediatric & adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Providing 1:1 direct Speech-Language services within 30 minute sessions Co-treat with our Speech Supervisor, BCBAs, OTs, and Clinical Directors Consult with parents and caregivers on a regular basis to discuss treatment and patient progress

Flexible Options:

We also offer part-time positions for qualified candidates seeking flexible scheduling. Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders Current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA preferred Unencumbered license to practice as issued by the Texas state board Preferably at least three years of experience working directly with children diagnosed with Autism.
