Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current or eligible State SLP license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Previous experience working with pediatric or school-age populations preferred Strong commitment to individualized student success and collaboration with school teams Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

Assess and identify students speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement individualized IEPs and therapy plans in accordance with school guidelines Deliver evidence-based interventions through individual and group sessions Engage in ongoing collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Document progress and maintain accurate records of services provided Contribute to school-wide initiatives that promote inclusive and effective communication practices Participate in professional development and stay informed about current methodologies
