Qualifications & Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA Valid state licensure for speech-language pathology Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, school staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs) Deliver direct and indirect speech therapy services to students Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state requirements Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success Provide resources and guidance to teachers and families to support students communication development As part of this position, you will work daytime hours on a set, full-time schedule in a vibrant, student-focused environment that values your expertise and commitment.
