Desired Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current SLP state licensure (or eligibility) in Texas Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Previous experience in school settings is advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to support student goals Document student progress and maintain detailed records Provide therapy in varied formats (individual and group)
