Ideal candidates will possess:
SLP TX certification or license (required) Experience or training in pediatric or school-based speech-language pathology (CFYs welcome) CCC-SLP credentials or clinical fellowship status Strong understanding of healthcare protocols, IEP development, and documentation Proven ability to engage effectively with children of varying ages and communication needs Compassion, creativity, and adaptability in customizing therapy Primary responsibilities include: Conducting assessments, evaluations, and therapy for K-12 students with speech, language, and communication challenges Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on student goals and best practices Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to support students success Maintaining accurate records, progress reports, and compliance documentation Participating in IEP meetings and contributing insights on student progress Utilizing evidence-based strategies to enhance outcomes and engagement Begin your next contract near Schertz starting August 2026 through May 2027, working 37.5 hours per week across 5 days.
