e2137-84103 Job Description Step into a rewarding full-time opportunity working with pediatric students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the greater Salt Lake City area. This position offers the chance to make a direct impact in schools, providing essential speech and language services to children in need. As an on-site team member, youll collaborate with educators and families to foster student growth, all while enjoying the dynamic environment that school settings provide. Travel professionals are encouraged to apply for this role.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility Active state licensure to practice as an SLP Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations in school environments Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt to various student needs in a busy school setting
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student progress Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success Maintain accurate records and attend IEP meetings as needed Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions Participate in school-based activities and interdisciplinary meetings
