Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Current, valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and school-based services Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech-language and communication assessments for students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) using evidence-based therapy techniques Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student learning and progress Maintain clear and accurate documentation, including treatment notes and progress reports Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Provide consultation, support, and training for educational staff on communication strategies and best practices
