Qualifications:
Active SLP license in Virginia (or eligibility to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly preferred Prior experience in school settings working with diverse student populations Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Flexibility and openness to adapt to new environments and teams
Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEPs Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and parents to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical expertise to the educational team
