This full-time contract opportunity centers around serving students in elementary settings, providing vital speech-language services to those who need them most. The role includes some minimal travel between nearby sites, allowing for a dynamic and engaging work experience. Ideal candidates will come prepared with strong expertise in speech-language pathology and a passion for helping children succeed. Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state SLP licensure (or eligibility for licensure) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though CFY candidates are encouraged to apply Experience in school-based settings and working with elementary-age children Strong communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills Flexibility and willingness to travel between sites as needed
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop IEPs for students with communication needs Provide individualized and group therapy to support social, academic, and emotional growth Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to optimize student outcomes Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines Engage in case management and participate in IEP meetings as a valued team member This position offers a competitive contract structure for the right candidate, with the potential to positively influence many young lives.
