Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology and current state licensure required SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY status accepted Previous experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred Ability to manage a dynamic K-12 caseload and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills Passion for serving diverse student populations

Daily Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative speech/language therapy to K-12 students Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) Conduct comprehensive assessments and progress monitoring Support teachers and staff with communication strategies and in-service training Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with district and state regulations Youll have the chance to work with supportive peers, make a meaningful difference in students lives, and broaden your experience across multiple sites in the greater Virginia Beach/Norfolk area.
