Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time, in-person opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary-aged students during the 2026-2027 school year in Tappahannock, VA.

Elementary Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary students Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) collaboratively with educators, parents, and support staff Deliver direct therapy and provide classroom-based support as needed Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with relevant state and federal regulations Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain one ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working with elementary-aged populations preferred
